Staff and location are fantastic, I loved extremely comfy bed. When I am in Brussels, I like staying here.

It was clean and popular place, had very good staff and location. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

The staff are exceptional, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is adequate. The onsite bar is nice, the barmen offers complimentary drinks.

The stay here was very good, liked the hotel, it was spotlessly clean with unbeatable location near to the railwaystation Bruxelles Midi, train station and the centre. The staff there were apologetic and caring. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Sint-Gillis / Saint-Gilles district. The early check-in process too.

i didn't want to leave and would stay here again. it was spotless, staff was terrific. i enjoyed that the room was double superior and reasonably sized. quiet location, a short walk to cute area. the service was personalised, breakfast was absolutely superb.

Well placed hotel, all in all brilliant value for money. Strategic location, lovely staff, glorious views. I enjoyed boiled eggs, cereal, cakes, bacon and meats for breakfast. Exceptional service and a reasonably priced restaurant, available onsite.

The bathroom I had was disgusting.

Good price-value balance, an amazing stay. Faultless, spotless hotel with marvellous location. The breakfast offered meats, fruit, cereals, pastries and boiled eggs. The beach was beautiful. Also, main attraction such as an enclosed cobblestone square was 1 mile from this venue. Smooth check in and friendly service.

Convenient hotel, it offers GOOD services and perfect location adjacent to train station, the railwaystation, about 20 minutes walking to the Grand Place.

Optimal location and good price-value balance contrasted with other options. All good — I enjoyed my stay — food was splendid and my bed was nice.

Excellent value for money in a secluded location. The bed was cozy and it was great having terrace, complementary tea and blackout curtains. Everything was spotless as expected, but the bathroom was quite small. Pleasant restaurant and respectful staff.

The property was marvellous and we had a good stay. The staff was excellent and the location was comfy. We had WiFi, air conditioning and terrace in the standard room. The bed was large and the bathroom was luxury here.
